GEI is seeking an experienced professional with 5–10+ years in water resources engineering to strengthen our Land Development practice. This role involves applying your technical skills in hydrology, stormwater management, and low-impact development across various projects.

You will take on leadership responsibilities, provide mentorship, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex water resources projects from concept to implementation
- Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models for stormwater management




- Ensure compliance with Ontario design standards and regulations
- Mentor junior staff to enhance team capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to progress projects through approval

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering
- 5–10+ years of progressive qualified experience
- Licensed Skilled Engineer (P. Eng.) in Ontario
- Proficient in PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, and Visual OTTHYMO
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
