Sales Representative (Hybrid) - Rosenort, MB

Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality stainless steel agricultural products. They are dedicated to producing durable and reliable solutions for the farming industry.

Our client is currently looking for a Sales Representative to drive dealer relationships, direct customer engagement, and sales growth in a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

This is a hybrid role based out of our office in Rosenort, MB - just 35 minutes south of Winnipeg. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

- Build and sustain solid, long-term relationships with existing and potential dealers, serving as their primary contact for inquiries and support.
- Conduct regular visits (virtual or in-person) to assess needs, provide assistance, and review performance.
- Engage with end customers to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and close sales. Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure dealers have up-to-date promotional materials and product information.
- Work with dealers to forecast demand and manage inventory needs.



Support accurate and timely order processing and partner with internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of dealer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
- Participate in trade shows, dealer events, and industry networking opportunities.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or dealer/distributor management. Experience in manufacturing or a related industry preferred.
- Experience working with a dealer or distributor network is considered an asset.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 20% of the year.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Valid passport for potential out-of-country travel.
