Join our dynamic food manufacturing team as a Mixer / Production Worker, where you'll play a vital role in creating high-quality food products in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Duties

- Operate mixing machines and other production equipment to prepare food ingredients according to specified recipes and standards
- Assist with packaging finished products, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the process
- Use forklifts safely to move raw materials, supplies, and finished goods within the production area
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and surrounding areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor production lines for proper functioning, identify mechanical issues, and report any malfunctions promptly
- Follow all food safety protocols and document quality checks during each shift




- Support food processing activities by measuring ingredients accurately using basic math skills and adhering to standardized procedures

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food manufacturing or processing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of packaging procedures and equipment operation is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills are beneficial for maintaining equipment performance
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred but can be obtained upon hire
- Solid understanding of sanitation practices and food safety standards in a manufacturing setting
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, portioning, and inventory management
- Good physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Commitment to working safely and following all health regulations
