Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, food handlers, and bartenders, fostering a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including coordinating food service schedules and maintaining smooth workflow
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to guarantee guest safety
- Develop innovative menus in collaboration with management, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends
- Train team members on cooking techniques, food handling, sanitation practices,



and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control waste to optimize kitchen efficiency

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive food preparation and cooking skills across diverse cuisines
- Strong food service experience with a focus on quality and presentation
- Effective team management and leadership abilities to motivate staff and foster teamwork
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles including operations, staffing, and customer satisfaction
- Expertise in food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Experience in bartending or serving is a plus for versatile guest engagement
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service
