Job Description:

Cleanway Supply is seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, you will grow current accounts, maintain existing client relationships, and provide outstanding customer service. This position is primarily an outside sales role, supported by a mix of inside sales and customer service responsibilities. You’ll be on the road covering Vernon, Salmon Arm, Shuswap and surrounding areas, with a company vehicle provided for business use during working hours. We are preferably looking for someone who lives in one of these areas.

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our team to optimize productivity, solve problems on the spot, and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to deliver friendly, professional, and timely service, while building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:





- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct inside sales and provide excellent customer service to enhance product knowledge
- Transition into an outside sales role, managing your own territory and client base
- Collaborate with team members to optimize branch productivity
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, friendly, and timely service, including effective problem-solving.
- Deliver supplies to customers as needed, including urgent or emergency deliveries.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Eligible to work in Canada

Hours & Wage:

- Full time, Monday- Friday
- Salary is dependent on experience
