Responsibilities

- Properly qualify each customer’s needs
- Customer focused assistance in store, extended interaction via phone or email
- Processing online orders
- Configuring custom system builds
- Clearly explain product features and compatibility
- Provide excellent customer service




- System and parts service support
- Assist merchandising and display setups

Qualifications and Skills

- Previous sales skills in a related field is an asset
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate efficiency
- Relevant knowledge involving computer parts and peripherals
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Willingness to continually learn and adapt
- Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Familiar with MS Office
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
