Who we are:

Secure Capital’s management team has over 50 years of experience in mortgages and financial services. Originally focused on Ontario, Secure Capital has established lending relationships across Ontario and Quebec. We offer flexible and alternative lending solutions to primarily residential borrowers.

Purpose of Job:

The primary purpose of this position is to generate, build & maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and provide robust customer support by communicating product information and maintaining close communications with prospective and existing customers. Meeting quarterly mortgage loan funding targets.

Responsibilities include:

· Conduct brokerage presentations on a regular basis and attend industry events, broker offices and networking events as requested

· Review and help broker client structure potential deals.

· Market and promote Secure Capital’s range of mortgage products

· Generate new business within assigned territory

· Maintain excellent customer service and response times

· Develop new sales strategies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Secure Capital’s products





· Keep current on industry knowledge, trends and competitor information

· Develop and nurture existing / elite broker accounts

· Maintain a strong presence within the Mortgage Broker community

The ideal candidate:

· Minimum 2-3 years BDM experience with a B lender or private lender

· Strong understanding of private 1st and 2nd mortgage products

· Ability to build relationships with customers

· Superior interpersonal and communication skills – both written & oral

· Professional corporate manner

· Problem Solving Mindset

· Proactive with a strong work ethic

· Ability to work within a team environment and independently

· Driver’s license and use of own vehicle, ability to travel
