We are a busy optical practice located in downtown Toronto and are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Optical Sales Associate / Optical Stylist to join our team and grow with us.

We take pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a great eye for style, and can confidently guide customers in choosing eyewear that suits their needs and personality.

What You'll Do

- Welcome patients and customers with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Help customers select eyeglass frames that suit their style, needs, and preferences
- Provide personalized customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Process insurance claims, invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate customer, billing, and client records
- Organize files and ensure information is easy to access and up to date
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Help keep the office organized, clean, and running smoothly
- Follow all clinic health and safety procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous customer service, retail, sales, or optical experience is an asset
- Optical experience is not required — we are happy to train the right person
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using a computer and handling administrative tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bilingualism is an asset but not required. As part of a multicultural community, speaking an additional language such as French, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or another language is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
