Position Overview

NOIC Academy is seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented K-12 Future Skills & Extended Learning Director to lead the development, marketing, enrollment growth, and overall expansion of the school's K-12 Future Skills & Extended Learning programs.

The Director will be responsible for building a comprehensive, market-driven program portfolio that responds to the academic, personal, and future-career needs of K-12 students while meeting the expectations of students and parents.

This is a program development, marketing, enrollment, and business development leadership role. The Director will identify market opportunities, develop new programs, create and execute marketing strategies, drive student enrollment, establish strategic partnerships, and oversee program quality and financial sustainability.

The Director is not expected to personally teach all programs. Instead, the Director will develop the program portfolio, identify qualified instructors and external partners, lead marketing and enrollment initiatives, and work with the school team to ensure successful program delivery and growth

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Development

· Lead the development and growth of NOIC's K-12 Future Skills & Extended Learning portfolio.

· Research student, parent, and market needs to identify new program opportunities.

· Develop and launch creative academic, enrichment, and future-skills programs.

· Continuously evaluate and improve the program portfolio based on demand, participation, and performance.

Marketing & Student Enrollment

· Develop and implement marketing, outreach, and enrollment strategies for K-12 Future Skills & Extended Learning programs.





· Identify target student and parent markets and develop effective promotional campaigns.

· Proactively conduct outreach to prospective families, community organizations, schools, education networks, and other relevant groups to generate new enrollment opportunities.

· Build and maintain relationships with community and referral networks to expand program reach.

· Work with Marketing and Admissions to generate inquiries and convert them into registrations.

· Monitor enrollment, conversion, retention, and marketing performance and implement strategies to drive sustainable growth.

Business Development & Partnerships

· Identify and develop strategic partnerships with instructors, organizations, educational institutions, and community partners.

· Develop new business and revenue opportunities through partnerships and innovative program offerings.

· Negotiate and manage partnership arrangements while maintaining quality and cost effectiveness.

Program Operations & Financial Performance

· Oversee the successful implementation of programs, including staffing, scheduling, resources, and delivery.

· Monitor enrollment, revenue, costs, and profitability.

· Establish appropriate pricing and program models in collaboration with senior leadership and Finance.

· Recommend improvements to maximize program efficiency and sustainability.





Program Quality & Student Experience

· Establish and maintain high standards for program quality and student experience.

· Monitor student and parent feedback, participation, and retention.

· Evaluate instructor and partner performance and implement continuous improvements.

Leadership & Collaboration

· Provide strategic direction to program staff, instructors, and external partners.

· Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, Academic, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.

· Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership regarding program development, enrollment, partnerships, and business performance.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, business, marketing, program management, or a related field.

· Experience in K-12 education, after-school programming, enrichment, tutoring, business development, marketing, or related industries.

· Demonstrated experience developing and launching programs or educational products.

· Strong understanding of K-12 student and parent needs.

· Strong marketing, enrollment, business development, and partnership skills.

· Experience with budgeting, pricing, revenue targets, or program profitability is an asset.

· Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time leadership role.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into viable programs.

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
