Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Laser Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art CNC laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality metal components. Your expertise will ensure precise execution of complex designs, contributing to our reputation for excellence in metal fabrication.

Duties

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines for flat sheet and tube materials with precision and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on laser equipment to maintain optimal performance
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers and other hand tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Assist with material handling using cranes,



forklifts, or other mechanical equipment as needed
- Support assembly processes by preparing cut parts for downstream operations

Requirements

- Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with CNC programming software and basic math skills for setup adjustments
- Ability to use hand tools like calipers for quality inspection and measurement tasks
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a metal fabrication facility
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in manufacturing processes

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
