W Dental Studio has been providing exceptional dental care to our valued patients for the past 5 years. Spanning four levels, we are a modern dental office with friendly and knowledgeable team members designed to provide a cutting-edge, yet relaxing experience. Nestled in the vibrant Westboro Village neighbourhood, our facility boasts natural light and amenities like heated and massage dental chairs, neck pillows, weighted blankets, and wireless noise-cancelling earphones for Netflix enjoyment during procedures. Our office uses the latest technology including digital x-rays, 3D digital impression scanners, Woodpecker PT-E and Abeldent Plus software.

Our team is growing and we are eagerly looking for a Full-time Registered Dental Hygienist who will be highly motivated to educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, as well as empower them with their commitment to good oral health by developing home care routines tailored towards the patients' needs. Applicants should be mature and a team-player with excellent communication skills.

Following all guidelines from RCDSO, CDHO and Public Health. We have closed door operatories, Jade HEPA filter & UV light air purifiers in each room. Full PPE, and all Infection control procedures in place.

Responsibilities:

- Adhere to infection control standards and universal precautions at all time
- Pro-active hygiene care with assessing, planning and implanting oral hygiene care services to our patients.
- Provide all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene care which includes taking bitewings, peri-apical and panoramic radiographs, charting, full mouth probing, taking intra-oral photos, supra- and sub-gingival scaling and root planing, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants. Sterilization and reprocessing of instruments and room disinfection are required.
- Consistent patient care experiences that aligns with our Centre's reputation along with establishing and retaining a positive patient experience with focus clinical needs and understanding of overall oral health.

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
