Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Vegetable Processing Worker / Vegetable Cutter to join our food production team. The position involves vegetable cutting, machine operation, weighing, packing, labeling, and general production work in a food processing workplace.

Main Responsibilities

* Cut and prepare vegetables according to required specifications

* Operate vegetable cutting and processing equipment

* Weigh, pack, and label finished products

* Check product size and quality during production

* Follow food safety, sanitation, and production procedures

* Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

* Complete other production duties as assigned

Requirements

* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment





* Comfortable with repetitive cutting, packing, and physical work

* Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

* Able to work in a cool/wet food-processing environment

* Reliable attendance and punctuality

* Food processing, kitchen prep, or vegetable cutting experience is an asset

* Experience operating food-processing equipment is an asset

* Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred, but not required

Pay: $15.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
