We are currently seeking a Wealth Associate to join our Toronto office.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to advisors and the wealth management team.
- Manage client communications in a professional and timely manner.
- Support advisor practice management, including workflow coordination, scheduling, and prioritization.
- Process and manage client service requests, including:
- Annual Review preparation
- Deposits and withdrawals
- Investment transactions (buying and selling)
- Account maintenance and updates
- Manage and process all stages of:
- Wealth account openings
- Client updates and maintenance
- Life insurance applications
- Provide reception coverage and support as required.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and client service.

This position is 100% office-based in our Toronto location.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a similar role within in the Wealth management, Financial services,



Banking and/or Financial administration field
- Solid administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is considered an asset.
- Life insurance experience is considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients and external professionals, including accountants and lawyers.
- A strong desire for continuous learning, professional development, and increased responsibility.

Licensing Requirement

The successful candidate must obtain a Registered Representative (RR) License within the first 12 months of employment. Preference will be given to candidates who already hold an RR license under either:

- Previous CIRO requirements, or
- Current CIRO requirements.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
