The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a decade's experience in health policy, healthcare strategy, health system leadership, and public policy within a healthcare environment. Key responsibilities include identifying and translating research and evidence into credible policy options, building relationships to influence policy adoption, and connecting policy development with advocacy and communication strategies. The role also involves representing the company's policy perspectives in various forums and fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and cooperative culture within the policy function.
