Required Skills and qualifications:

- Experience in electronics manufacturing, with exposure to SMT and PCB assembly processes
- Solid knowledge of electronic components and industry-standard soldering quality requirements
- Ability to analyze AOI inspection images and accurately identify acceptable versus defective assemblies
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards; certification is considered an asset or willingness to obtain certification
- Proficient computer skills with experience using MES, inspection, or production tracking software
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Review and validate AOI inspection results, identifying solder, placement, polarity, and missing component defects
- Distinguish true defects from false calls and perform manual inspections as required
- Record inspection results and track quality issues using MES and related systems
- Monitor defect trends, escalate recurring issues, and ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 standards
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns
- Support first-article inspections, line qualifications, and AOI program validation




- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance requirements promptly

Available Schedules

- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 3:00PM
- Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00PM to 11:00PM
