We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Retail Cashiers / Store Associates to join our team for our upcoming retail pop-up event.

This is a customer-facing role that combines cashier duties, customer service, merchandising, and general store support. We are looking for team members who enjoy interacting with customers, are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, and are willing to help wherever needed to keep the store organized and running smoothly.

## Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful customer service

- Operate the POS system and process cash, credit card, and other payments accurately

- Answer basic customer questions and assist customers in finding products

- Restock merchandise and keep shelves and displays organized

- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming store environment

- Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, and moving merchandise when needed

- Monitor product displays and help ensure merchandise is properly presented

- Support the team with general floor and back-of-house duties

- Help manage customer flow during busy periods

- Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a positive shopping experience

## Qualifications

- Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required





- Friendly and confident when communicating with customers

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work as part of a team and assist with different tasks as needed

- Basic English communication skills required

- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing general retail duties

- Availability during the event period, including weekends and busy shopping days, is preferred

## Training

Training will be provided before the official start date.

Selected candidates should be available to attend a scheduled training session during the 5 days prior to opening. Training times will be arranged based on availability.

**This does not mean 5 full days of training.**

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
