We are looking for an experienced Benefits Administrator who understands that perks administration is about more than processing forms—it directly impacts employees and their families. Once the benefits have been thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and all outstanding items have been addressed, you will have the exciting opportunity to expand your responsibilities by supporting the payroll team with basic payroll functions during periods of availability.
We, the Commissionaires, are committed to supporting your professional development and helping you build valuable knowledge and skills in this area. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience, contribute to an important department, and grow into a valued and well-rounded member of the team.
In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, ensuring eligibility, enrollments, changes, records, and communications are managed accurately, confidentially, and on time. You will collaborate closely with employees, families, benefit providers, and internal teams, including when matters are particularly sensitive.
If you are highly organized, meticulous, discreet, and have a genuine commitment to getting things right we would like to hear from you!
