HELP WANTED – DISPENSARY ASSISTANT

Sage Plus Clinical Pharmacy

We are looking for a smart, dependable, and caring Dispensary Assistant to join our team.

You do not need previous pharmacy experience. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident working in a busy clinical environment.

What You’ll Do

You will work closely with our Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacists to support the technical aspects of prescription filling and dispensary workflow, including:

- Assisting with preparing prescriptions for filling
- Learning to recognize patterns and understand workflow to progressively reduce errors
- Adapting quickly to a new environment and new responsibilities
- Multitasking and staying organized in a busy dispensary
- Working independently with confidence while knowing when to ask for help
- Typing accurately and efficiently using a keyboard
- Providing friendly and approachable service to our clients
- Paying close attention to detail and recognizing when something doesn’t look right
- Working closely with the Pharmacy Assistant and Pharmacist to identify and resolve issues
- Using good common sense and judgment
- Learning new skills and taking initiative




- Caring about our clients and the work you do
- Providing basic IT support when needed
