Looking for someone who’s passionate about cooking and working with fish/ seafood. We are a family run restaurant and have been in the fish business for over 20 years. We have both a fresh fish market and restaurant so you’ll be able to get as creative as possible with all different types of fish. We make everything in house so experience with fresh local produce is a must

Job Duties:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing valuable safety and sanitation
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
