Golf Performance and Rehab Canada (GPAR Canada) is a growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic located inside Kingsville Golf and Country Club. We provide rehabilitation and wellness services to golfers, athletes, and members of the general public.

We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an excellent chance for an RMT looking to build or expand their practice within an established rehabilitation clinic, with an existing client caseload and opportunities for in-house referrals.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on each client's individual needs and goals
- Perform thorough client assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Utilize a variety of massage therapy techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, and sports massage
- Provide patient education and recommendations to support recovery and overall function




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment notes and client records
- Communicate and collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and positive experience for every client
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with CMTO requirements

Qualifications

- Graduate of a recognized Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Experience or interest in therapeutic massage, sports massage, rehabilitation, or active populations is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
