Many financial advisors are expected to build a book from scratch while earning little in the early years.

At Hoemsen Insurance, you’ll have the opportunity to grow within an established practice serving over 2,000 client households, many of whom already trust our office but have never had a full financial planning conversation.

We are looking for a licensed advisor who wants to build strong client relationships and grow their career in life insurance and investment planning.

This role may be a excellent fit if you are:

- An associate advisor looking for more client-facing opportunities
- A bank advisor who feels their compensation doesn’t match the relationships they build
- A financial planner who wants access to real clients rather than starting from zero

What You’ll Do

- Provide life insurance and investment advice to individuals and families
- Work with existing clients of our office and develop new relationships




- Identify planning opportunities within our established client base
- Build and grow your portfolio through referrals and client relationships

What You Bring

- Licensed to sell life insurance and mutual funds
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Interest in long-term financial planning

Compensation

- Base salary starting around $50,000
- Commission on life insurance and investment business
- Realistic first-year income around $100,000 for a motivated advisor
