We are a growing insurance brokerage in Brampton hiring Full-Time Brokers on a commission-only basis.

IMPORTANT: You MUST have a valid RIBO license to start working and writing business. If you do not have your RIBO license yet, we can help you get it FAST.

We offer our own in-house RIBO Exam Prep & Tutoring / Crash Course with a very high success rate.

Requirements:

- Must be willing to work FULL TIME

- RIBO License is REQUIRED to work. If you don't have it, you must be willing to enroll in our RIBO prep program first

- Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and willingness to learn

- Valuable communication skills in English (other languages are an asset)

- Must be sales-driven and customer-focused

For Candidates WITHOUT RIBO:

What You Will Be Doing (Once Licensed):

- Servicing new and existing clients for Auto, Home, Commercial and other insurance products

- Quoting, selling, and cross-selling insurance policies

- Following up on leads provided by the office and generating your own business

Compensation:

- Commission Only - No Salary

- High earning potential - The more you write, the more you earn. Your income is based on your productivity and how much business you can write.
