Job Description: UI/UX Designer - (UI/UX, Product Design, Front-end Tech)

Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Role Descriptions: Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers| business analysts| and developers.
- Conduct user research| interviews| surveys| and usability testing. Create user personas| journey maps| process flows| wireframes| and prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma| Adobe XD| or Sketch.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Ensure designs comply with accessibility and usability standards
- Continuously improve user experiences based on feedback| analytics| and testing results




- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma| Sketch| Adobe XD| or InVision.
- Knowledge of wireframing| prototyping| information architecture| and interaction design. Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices.
- Strong problem-solving| communication| and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) is preferred. Qualifications6+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.

Pay: $50.00-$110,000.00 per hour
