Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Plowing/Shoveler to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing snow, ice, and debris from various outdoor areas using a variety of tools and equipment. Your efforts will help maintain safe and accessible properties during winter months and support overall landscape maintenance activities throughout the year.
Duties
- Operate shovels, snow blowers, and other manual or power tools to clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, parking lots, and landscaped areas
- Assist with the application of de-icing materials to prevent slips and falls during winter weather
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and basic mechanical adjustments
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment during all outdoor operations
Requirements
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory
