AiM Land & Environmental Services has an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Senior Land Administrator to join our team. The Senior Land Administrator provides advanced administrative support for land acquisition projects by preparing and reviewing land documentation, coordinating project information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting Project Managers and Land Agents. This role also provides guidance to junior team members while ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project documentation.

AiM Land & Environmental Services is an expanding, progressive surface land and environmental consulting firm serving the oil and gas, forestry, mining, energy, agricultural, and municipal government sectors throughout Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Canada’s North. As a Senior Land Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Prepare, review, and assemble land acquisition documents, legal agreements, notification packages, crossings, Crown applications, and supporting project documentation.
- Maintain project databases, project files, checklists, and status updates to ensure accurate and complete project records.
- Conduct land title searches, corporate searches, registrations, and ownership reviews in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Prepare third-party agreements, consents, affidavits, and other land administration documentation.
- Interpret land title information and identify interested parties in accordance with provincial regulations.
- Review project documentation prepared by other Land Administrators to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to junior and intermediate Land Administrators.
- Support Project Managers and Project Coordinators by responding to requests for information and maintaining project documentation.
- Communicate with clients by providing project updates and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in dispute resolution processes related to surface rights and land acquisition activities, as required.
- Maintain compliance with company policies,



procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate a robust commitment to personal and team safety by closely following company safety policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assist with other responsibilities as needed to contribute to the overall success of the team.

We are looking for the following skills and qualifications:

- Diploma in Land Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land administration or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of land administration processes, land titles, corporate searches, and surface acquisition documentation.
- Experience preparing Crown applications, third-party agreements, and other land-related documentation.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and land management databases.
- Strong knowledge of land administration processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support clients and team members.
- Demonstrated accountability, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement.
