Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Automotive Attendant - Drive-Thru in North York, ON for a leading luxury automotive organization. This is an exciting opportunity for customer-focused professionals who enjoy working with premium vehicles and creating outstanding guest experiences.

As an Automotive Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for customers arriving with their vehicles. You'll welcome guests, coordinate vehicle check-ins, and ensure a seamless and professional service experience from start to finish.

To be considered, candidates must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.

- Pay rate: $18/hour

- Location: North York, ON (401 and Victoria Park)

- Shifts: Day Shift

- Job type: 1 year assignment with possibility of extension, full time

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required

- Ontario G Driver's License (minimum 3 years) with clean driver's abstract/CVOR

- Ability to operate vehicles with both, standard and automatic transmission is required

- Self-motivated team player, with ability to work with minimum supervision

- Continuous Improvement mindset and the ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively





- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills and ability to maintain high level of accuracy

- Time management skills, trustworthy, respectful, and able to demonstrate strong work ethics

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

- Verifies receipt of client vehicles to the dealership service department, inspects and parks vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner

- Provides first class customer Service ensuring each client receives the appropriate 'first impression' of the company and its brand

- Receive and check in customer vehicles in a timely manner

- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify condition of vehicle in the presence of the client

- Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery and schedule Customer Shuttle pick up/drop off

- Responsible for security and storage of vehicle keys and ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris

- Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person

- Other duties as assigned
