Enersurge Inc. is expanding its utility vegetation management operations in Southwestern Ontario and is looking for experienced Utility Arborists / Line Clearance Arborists to join our team.

We are looking for safety-focused arborists with experience working around electrical distribution systems, tree trimming/removal, and utility right-of-way work.

Position

Utility Arborist / Line Clearance Arborist — 444B

Location: Southwestern Ontario
Employment: Full-time / Contract opportunities available
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as required

Responsibilities

- Perform tree trimming and removal around energized and non-energized utility lines
- Complete utility line-clearance and vegetation management work
- Identify hazards and maintain protected work zones
- Perform climbing, aerial work, chainsaw and chipper operations
- Work from bucket trucks and other arboricultural equipment
- Complete right-of-way vegetation clearing
- Follow company, utility and applicable safety procedures
- Maintain equipment and report safety or operational issues
- Work effectively as part of a ground and aerial crew

Requirements

- Ontario 444B Utility Arborist Certificate of Qualification
- Utility line-clearance experience
- Experience with chainsaws,



chippers and arboricultural equipment
- Ability to work safely around electrical infrastructure
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety and jobsite procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

Assets

- Bucket truck experience
- DZ licence
- First Aid/CPR
- Electrical utility safety training
- Working at Heights
- Experience with municipal or utility vegetation management programs
