Job Description





As an important part of a fast-growth financial services company, this position is responsible for supporting both the financial analysis and associate needs of Impact Commercial’s commercial and construction mortgage clients.

Accountabilities

In support of our client and broker’s needs, proactively reach out to clients and brokers to discuss administrative details of financing arrangements.

Utilize our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to document insights of our clients for the long-term support of their needs.

Analyze financial information (Corporate Financials and Developer Proformas) within Excel, assess risk and capacity to support debt repayment and prepare full Loan Reports for distribution to our lenders.

Create marketing and client financing documentation in support of our client’s needs.

Process administrative duties in support of our Broker’s needs including the pulling of all necessary searches (BC Online, Credit Bureau, etc.) in support of our clients and brokers.

Other duties as required in support of the success of our valued clients and industry partners.

Attributes

Education

· Post secondary education is a positive factor. This shows a desire for continuous learning

· 1 to 3 years of client focused banking experience is a positive

· Past commercial banking and/or lending experience is a strong positive

· BC Mortgage Brokers Course will be a requirement to have or shortly obtain.

Compensation

Base salary (depending on experience) plus commission on funded mortgages and other financings. Referral Fees for bringing in new financing opportunities.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
