Our growing group of Motor Vehicle Registry Offices is looking for an experienced and motivated Registry Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is confident in their leadership abilities, enjoys working with people, and has a strong understanding of registry operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in leading the team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

As the Registry Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the office, including:

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Registry Clerks.
- Oversee daily registry operations and ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide coaching, training, feedback, and ongoing support to team members.
- Manage employee schedules, breaks, attendance, and day-to-day staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Service Alberta requirements, legislation, government processes, and company policies.
- Maintain high standards for cash handling, balancing, documentation, confidentiality, and transaction accuracy.
- Support employees with complex transactions and customer concerns.
- Address performance and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor office performance and assist with achieving established operational and customer service goals.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused workplace.




- Communicate operational updates, concerns, and opportunities to senior management.
- Stay current with changes to registry programs, procedures, and government requirements.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous Motor Vehicle Registry experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in a registry environment.
- Strong knowledge of registry transactions and government processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to confidently lead, coach, and hold a team accountable.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to remain professional and composed in a busy, customer-facing environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership and lead by example.
- The ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
