StaySure Home Care is a trusted provider of compassionate, client-centered home health services across Edmonton and surrounding rural communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role involves delivering high-quality medical care in a home setting, working collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to support holistic wellness and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver direct, individualized nursing care based on evidence-based practices and client-specific care plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, identify health concerns, and develop and implement appropriate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and client-centered service delivery
- Educate clients and families on health management, disease prevention, medication use, and lifestyle adjustments
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and medical records
- Follow all infection prevention and control standards and organizational safety protocols
- Ensure a protected and clean care environment in accordance with agency policies and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements:





- Active and valid registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
- Driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel within Edmonton & up to 1 hour outside of Edmonton.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in:
- Home care
- Wound care
- Catheter management
- Pain management
- Medication administration
- Assisted living or acute care settings
- Strong clinical knowledge of medical terminology, chronic disease management, and care planning
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and families
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Flexibility to accommodate varying client needs and schedules, including travel to rural locations
