Sandbox Fitness & Therapy, a leading boutique Fitness/Therapy studio in beautiful downtown Oakville, is seeking certified Therapists who connects with our hybrid approach and has a broader appreciation for the impacts of resistance training and biomechanics.

Our facility was born in 2013 as a fitness centre. The influence of physical therapies crept in and as it consistently made a meaningful impact on our customers, we decided to solidify it as a critical part of how we operate. Often we see fitness and therapy under one roof, at Sandbox, we expect all our staff to facilitate this unique multi-model role. We champion the synergistic relationship between fitness and therapy, recognizing that a well-rounded understanding of strength training is an asset for an Therapist's career growth and the well-being of our diverse clientele.

Our unique income structure includes the standard base wage that all jobs have, as well as performance based commissions and customizable bonuses. We've thought hard about being tax sensitivity and investment savvy. We're committed to being the highest paying studio.

State-of-the-art Facilities

Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to support you in delivering world-class services. Furthermore, we are in an exciting phase of expansion to accommodate some big ideas. It's a smidge soon to talk about but we're excited for what's to come! We're currently piloting ideas like: adding private medical services, ultra high net worth client services, licensing agreements to help amateur athletic organizations build out a sport science department and emergent health technologies.

Pay: $35.00-$105.00 per hour
