Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinetmaker Helper to join our dynamic woodworking and construction team. In this role, you will assist skilled cabinetmakers in crafting custom cabinetry, furniture, and other wood-based projects. Your enthusiasm for hands-on work, combined with a willingness to learn, will contribute to delivering high-quality craftsmanship for our clients. Duties

- Support cabinetmakers in measuring, cutting, and assembling wood components according to project specifications and schematics
- Assist with reading blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during fabrication and installation processes
- Help with the installation of cabinets, countertops, and related fixtures on-site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing materials, tools, and equipment before and after tasks
- Participate in drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, or siding projects as needed to support overall construction efforts




- Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, or roofing tasks when required

Skills

- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for construction projects
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Familiarity with woodworking techniques and cabinetry assembly processes
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and proper tool handling
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Some experience or interest in masonry, drywall installation, flooring, or roofing is a plus
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 52.0 per week
