Conlon Motorsports is seeking a motivated Motorsport / Powersports Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a long-standing, family-owned dealership representing industry-leading brands including Polaris, Yamaha, Kawasaki, CFMOTO, Sherco, and Forest River.
This is a full-time career opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering a strong customer experience across ATVs, Side-by-Sides, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, and Travel Trailers.
Compensation: Commission
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best product options
- Manage leads efficiently and follow up consistently
- Work collaboratively with management to close deals
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to think from the buyer’s perspective
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be AMVIC licensed or willing/able to acquire an AMVIC License
