We are seeking a skilled and motivated Concrete Finisher / Form Setter to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of our concrete projects. You will handle everything from setting up the initial formwork and rebar to pouring and executing the final finish. Form Setting & Prep: Erect, align, and dismantle wooden or metal formwork for sidewalks, curbs, slabs, and structures according to project blueprints.

Rebar & Reinforcement: Cut, bend, tie, and install rebar and mesh wire to reinforce concrete structures.

Pouring & Finishing: Placed and finish concrete using

. Safety First: Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting, equipment operation, and all on-site activities to maintain a safe work environment. Site

Experience: Proven experience in rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques. Heavy equipment operating would be an asset but not required

Carpentry Skills:



Skilled in carpentry practices relevant to formwork and blueprint reading.

Physical Stamina: Capable of heavy lifting while maintaining proper safety standards in various weather conditions. Teamwork & Attitude: Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques.

Experience Level: Previous concrete or construction experience is required for this role, but we will provide specialized training to motivated candidates who want to refine their craftsmanship. What We Offer
