Duties

- Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers and visitors, ensuring their experience is positive and memorable
- Assist with daily store or facility operations, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness
- Support team members in fulfilling customer needs by answering questions and offering product or service guidance
- Handle transactions accurately at checkout points, including processing payments and returns
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a lively, productive environment




- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace for everyone
- Contribute to a fun and energetic atmosphere by participating in team activities and initiatives

Qualifications

- Solid communication skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to help others
- Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $18.25-$27.47 per hour
