City Fit Shop is looking for a part-time Customer Success & Sales Specialist who loves people, loves follow-through, and gets genuine satisfaction from knowing no potential member is falling through the cracks.

You’ll own our incoming leads across adult and kids programs, camps, parties and other services. That means responding quickly, booking and confirming appointments, following up consistently, helping people choose the right option, and confidently closing the sale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage current leads from first inquiry through close.
- Book and confirm appointments and trials.
- Follow up with prospects, cancellations and no-shows.
- Help prospective customers choose the right City Fit Shop program or service.
- Keep our GoHighLevel sales pipelines accurate and up to date.
- Track lead sources, outcomes and reasons prospects do not purchase.
- Provide a simple weekly report showing lead and sales performance.
- Make sure new customers are handed off cleanly to our Operations team.

- Complete a clear handoff to Operations after a customer purchases or registers.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

- 2 years of customer service skills a must.
- Experience with Social Media platforms (FB, Instagram)
- Experience with MS Office.
- Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRM systems an asset
- Self-directed and motivated.
- Fitness Enthusiast.
- Good communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 24.0 per week

Work Location: In person
