Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Scissor Lift Operator(s) for a temporary project in Brantford, ON. This role involves operating scissor lifts to assist with an elevated cleaning project. This role involves cleaning elevated surfaces using lifts and/or ladders while following all required workplace health and safety procedures.

While this is a temporary project, successful candidates who demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, safety awareness, and quality workmanship may have the prospect to join our team for future projects and ongoing work. We are looking to build long-term working relationships with dependable subcontractors who perform well.

Duties

- Clean all exterior surfaces of ductwork and piping
- Clean fan blades, tops of light fixtures, ledges, and other elevated surfaces that can be safely accessed
- Remove dust and debris using soft cloths, soft-bristle brooms, and/or shop vacuums
- Perform all cleaning in accordance with site safety procedures and proper working-at-height practices




- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the project

Required Qualifications

- Valid Scissor Lift Certification
- Valid Articulating Boom Lift Certification
- Relevant elevated or industrial/commercial cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to work safely at heights and follow all site safety requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- WHMIS certification
- Working at Heights certification

Pay: $37.00-$46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
