Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Grill Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our customers in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your expertise in grilling techniques and ability to work well under pressure will contribute to our commitment to exceptional food service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
- Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures, ensuring proper food handling at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages as necessary.
- Help train new kitchen staff on grilling techniques and kitchen protocols.




- Participate in regular cleaning duties to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a grill or cooking role, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices related to food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to help create memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.32-$18.00 per hour
