Responsibilities

- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure each customer feels valued and understood.
- Collect and input customer data accurately into our systems through productive data entry practices.
- Analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Support multilingual customers by providing bilingual assistance in English and Spanish when needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and their experience is positive.




- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Skilled in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including upselling strategies, to maximize customer value.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Pay: $24.67-$30.15 per hour
