Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborers with 2 plus year experience in wood farming and general construction to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various construction projects through physical labor, equipment operation, and site preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ability to work with others, as well independently. Prior experience with construction tools, ability to read and follow architectural renderings, we provide training for motivated individuals eager to learn.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints, schematics,
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as wood, concrete, siding, and other supplies
- Support carpentry tasks including framing, siding installation, and woodworking projects, in residential and commercial settings
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment

Skills





- Ability to read blueprints and schematics for construction projects
- Experience with commercial and residential wood, and steel framing
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of siding installation and general carpentry skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with welding processes is a plus but not required
- Robust physical stamina with the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills related to construction and restoration projects
- Must be comfortable traveling and staying out of town for work related accommodations are provided.
