Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator – Full Time

Calgary, AB | Saturday–Wednesday | 32-38 Hours/Week | $19.00/hour

We are looking for a Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to join our Calgary operations team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be an important part of the day-to-day operation.

This is not just a warehouse position. You will be involved in everything from picking and packing orders and managing inventory to coordinating deliveries, communicating with drivers, helping customers, and solving problems as they come up.

If you are the type of person who takes ownership of your work, notices when something needs to be done, and doesn't need to be constantly supervised, you could be a great fit for our team.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day will include a combination of warehouse, dispatch, and customer service responsibilities, including:

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving, sorting, organizing, and staging incoming shipments
- Managing inventory and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Coordinating and scheduling deliveries through our dispatch system
- Dispatching work and communicating with delivery drivers throughout the day
- Monitoring deliveries to ensure orders are completed within required service timelines
- Communicating with customers and providing delivery updates when needed
- Troubleshooting delivery, driver, and order issues as they arise
- Keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and safe
- Performing general cleaning of warehouse and office areas
- Helping the operations team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, and basic software systems
- Previous warehouse, courier, logistics, and/or dispatch experience is an asset
- Able to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
- Able to successfully complete a background check

Schedule

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Thursday & Friday: Off

Applicants must be available to work the full Saturday-to-Wednesday schedule.
