Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and disinfecting workstations to ensure client safety
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client preferences, offering personalized recommendations, and addressing any concerns
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience and boost sales opportunities
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified, ensuring comfort and professionalism throughout the process
- Keep accurate records of services performed and maintain a clean,



organized workspace in compliance with health regulations
- Foster positive relationships through effective communication skills, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Qualifications

- Proven experience in nail care techniques such as manicures, pedicures, gel applications, or acrylics
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a salon setting
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients confidently and understand their needs
- Ability to perform body waxing services when trained or certified (nice-to-have)
- Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products and additional services tactfully
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
