Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging daily activities that support children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development in accordance with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and respect among children.
- Observe and assess individual children's progress, documenting milestones and communicating effectively with families about their child's development.
- Collaborate with team members to develop individualized support plans for children with special needs or disabilities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Use strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning,



and reporting purposes efficiently.

Experience

- Valid registration as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with relevant licensing bodies.
- Proven experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting.
- Experience supporting children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or accommodations for disabilities.
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing classroom activities and guiding team collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to engage effectively with children, families, and team members.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
