Duties

- Perform a variety of esthetic services such as facials, body waxing, threading and skin treatments with precision and care
- Provide skilled nail care services including manicures, and nail enhancements
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Upsell retail products by educating clients on benefits and usage to enhance their experience




- Assist clients in selecting skincare or nail products that meet their individual needs
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure a seamless service flow

Experience

- Proven experience as an esthetician and nail technician with a strong portfolio of skincare and nail work
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices for sanitation and client comfort
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
- Ability to perform retail sales confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with current trends in skincare, nails, and beauty treatments is preferred
- Prior experience in upselling products to enhance client results is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times
