We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Restaurant Manager to oversee current Langley operations, spearhead the grand opening of Chilliwack, and bridge the gap between ownership and store-level execution as we scale.

Position Overview

As the Regional Manager, you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You will divide your time between our active Langley hub and our upcoming Chilliwack location. Initially, your role will be a powerful hybrid of operational excellence (maintaining peak performance in Langley) and project management/launch execution (getting Chilliwack ready for a flawless opening).

Your ultimate mission is to ensure Langley hits its P&L; targets while building the team and systems required to launch Chilliwack successfully.

Key Responsibilities

- Current Store Opening (NSO) Leadership: Partner with ownership and contractors to track the Chilliwack build-out timeline. Take full ownership of the pre-opening checklist, including hiring campaigns, supply chain setup, vendor coordination, and local licensing.
- Talent Acquisition & Blueprint Training: Recruit, onboard, and train the upcoming Chilliwack management team and hourly staff. You will utilize the Langley location as the training ground to instill our culture and standards before the new doors open.
- Operational Excellence (Langley):



Ensure our flagship Langley location strictly adheres to health, safety, food quality, and service standards, serving as the model of operational perfection.
- Financial Accountability: Oversee the P&L; for Langley while managing the pre-opening labor and operational budgets for Chilliwack. Optimize prime costs without sacrificing quality.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with ownership to execute grand opening marketing initiatives, community outreach, and localized strategies to ensure Chilliwack opens with a bang.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Multi-Unit Manager, Regional Manager, or a high-volume General Manager. Prior New Store Opening (NSO) or restaurant launch experience is highly preferred.
- Launch Agility: A hands-on leader who is comfortable wearing a hard hat at a construction site in Chilliwack on Tuesday and analyzing P&Ls; in a bustling restaurant in Langley on Wednesday.
- People Developer: A proven track record of recruiting entire teams and building a training pipeline from scratch.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of restaurant P&Ls;, inventory management, labor scheduling models, and cost-control strategies during both steady-state and launch phases.
- Mobility: Ability to split time seamlessly between Langley and Chilliwack.

This is a permanent position, and applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada for the duration of their employment. We are unable to provide immigration sponsorship, LMIA support, or work permit sponsorship for this role.

Pay: $56,242.53-$75,000.00 per year
