Outdoor Power Equipment shop looking for customer service and parts technician. We are a family run and operated business for 36 years. Will train the right candidate. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, process orders, and ensure a positive experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Process transactions accurately, including some cashiering duties.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of business, including parts look up, ordering and billing




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold organization

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Computer skills required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work to do various duties and be part of a team.
