Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and motivated Retail Staff Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, providing excellent customer service while assisting with food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining food safety standards. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming workplace for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their food selections and inquiries
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines
- Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas and dining spaces
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is a plus
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
