About the Position

We are looking for a motivated E-Bike Technician / Service Technician to join our team.

We welcome candidates who are genuinely passionate about technology and take pride in their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of work. Previous e-bike technician experience is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided on e-bike systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.

Responsibilities

- Assemble, inspect, maintain, and repair e-bikes and bicycles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Perform routine adjustments, maintenance, and safety inspections
- Provide warranty and after-sales service, including local deliveries and in office repair and service visits
- Test e-bikes to ensure proper operation, performance, and safety
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding service and technical issues
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Keep the service area clean, organized, and safe
- Participate in product, technical, and manufacturer training
- Support other service-related tasks as required

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of bicycles and bicycle components
- Strong interest in bicycles and e-bike technology




- Good hands-on ability and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Physically able to lift and move bicycles
- Previous experience in e-bike repair, bicycle mechanics, electronics, or a related field is an asset, but not required

Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset but not required.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
