PAPIYONA Home Décor is looking for someone who genuinely loves sales and takes ownership of results.

We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven retail qualified who enjoys connecting with customers, closing sales, and has a passion for home décor.

This role is for someone who can drive sales, upsell, cross-sell, and help achieve store targets — not simply provide customer service.

Responsibilities

- Actively engage customers and understand their needs.
- Drive daily and monthly sales.
- Upsell and recommend complementary décor products.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Assist with opening, closing, and key-holder responsibilities.




- Maintain attractive displays and strong showroom presentation.
- Process POS transactions and customer orders accurately.

Requirements

- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Home décor, furniture, luxury retail, fashion, or similar experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, closing, and upselling skills.
- Confident, energetic, reliable, and target-driven.
- Good eye for décor and product presentation.
- Available weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
