Compliance & Treasury
· Lead the preparation of comprehensive year-end audit working papers and compile all necessary supporting backups.

- Monitor cash positions across various companies to assist leadership with treasury and equity financing planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a mandatory background in the mining exploration sector or public practice auditing junior resource issuers.
- Technical Accounting: Deep working knowledge of IFRS, specifically relating to flow-through shares and exploration asset capitalization.
- Systems: High proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Adagio is strongly preferred, along with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills to confidently interface with corporate directors, legal counsel, and auditors.
- Credentials: CPA designation (or near completion) is highly preferred, but equivalent hands-on TSX.V sector experience will be valued.
